Having been born in Finland, a country of roughly 5 million people and 2.5 million saunas, and brought up in the Finnish culture, the sauna was and still is very much a staple of my life . Although we've had many saunas over the years, we have never been able to take one camping with us. Sure, like some other sauna enthusiasts, we improvised a few times, using an old tent and setting it over some hot rocks; but it’s not only a filthy exercise (getting smoked), it’s also not very safe as regular tents are not designed for such use. We knew there had to be a better way and there was.  Back in 2007, I came up with the idea for a portable tent sauna and had a prototype constructed based on my design. Over the years while trying to make improvements to the product and confirm market demand, I searched the world to see if there were any other companies already making them. In 2010 I discovered a company based in Russia called Mobiba and so a partnership was born and since then, with added exposure from Dragons Den, we have shipped these tent saunas around the world to hundreds of satisfied customers.  Fast-forward to where we are today, we are excited to launch our new brand of portable saunas.
